FAQ
Are there multiple flights in the league? +
The number of flights depends on how many teams register. Typically, flights are grouped with 15–20 teams each. We establish flights randomly after a few weeks of play to ensure a balanced and fair competition.
When can teams play their rounds? +
Fall league teams are scheduled to play Monday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm and Fridays 9am to 5pm. This allows flexibility to choose times that best fit your schedule within the designated league days.
What if we can't make it one week? +
We understand schedules can vary — you're allowed to play multiple matches in a single week if necessary. All rounds must be completed ahead of the week you anticipate being unavailable, to keep the competition fair for all teams.
How do we book our rounds? +
The team captain purchases the captain package through our booking system. Once purchased, all booking units are applied to the captain's account, and the captain books all matches from there. This centralized system keeps everyone's matches scheduled correctly.
My partner hasn't registered yet — can I still sign up? +
Yes. Register with your intended teammate's name — your spot on the team is held once you register, but your team isn't fully confirmed until your partner registers and pays too. Send them the registration link so they can lock it in.
