March Madness Golf Tournament
As the outdoor golf season quickly approaches, there's no better way to shake off the winter rust and get your game in top form than by participating in our March Madness Golf Tournament. Designed for golfers who are eager to refine their skills and competitive edge, this tournament offers a blend of challenge, strategy, and excitement. Tournament Format: Better Ball
Each player hits their own ball each hole, with the team's best score counting.
18 challenging holes with an automatic 2-putt rule in play.
All 2-person teams are guaranteed three 18 hole rounds
The Top 5 teams of each division will compete in the finals on Sunday, March 24.
The first round features a generous 12ft gimmie circle with the remaining rounds honing in on an 8ft gimmie circle.
Dates to Remember:
Tournament Play: March 1st - 23rd
Playoffs: March 24th
Complete your rounds at your convenience within the tournament dates. Finals are set for Sunday, March 24th.
The Courses:
Round 1 [100 points] – Spyglass Hill: Navigate through ocean dunes and the famed Del Monte Forest.
Round 2 [200 points]– Promontory - Dye Canyon Course: Tackle the diverse and rugged Utah landscape with precision.
Round 3 [300 points] – PGA West Stadium Club: Challenge yourself on the course known for its difficulty and bold design.
Finals (March 24th): The top five teams in each division compete simultaneously in five bays.
Schedule:
All 3 matches must be completed between March 1st and March 23rd. No restrictions on day and times for play.
Two Hours permitted per 18 Hole round.
FINALS (week 4): Top 5 Teams from each division play on Sunday, March 24th - 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
